Eilidh Robertson

President of the Avantor Foundation

Eilidh Robertson is currently serving as President of the Avantor Foundation. She also serves at Avantor® as Vice President, Strategic Partners. In this role she has global responsibility of managing several of Avantor's top BioPharma customers, where she focuses on strategic alignment, contract compliance, account governance and enterprise growth for Avantor within her customer portfolio.

During her tenure at Avantor, Eilidh has served as U.K. Managing Director and Vice President for Europe, U.K. Sales Director, Regional Manager and Product Specialist. She has a scientific background, including 3 years in a laboratory before transitioning to a commercial environment.

Eilidh holds a bachelor's degree in parasitology from the University of Glasgow and a master of science in forensic science from the University of Strathclyde.

Phil De Winne

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Phil De Winne serves as Avantor’s Vice President, Digital Collaboration, Data and Emerging Technologies focused on driving innovation, efficiency and transformation through deployment of cutting-edge technology. With over 12 years at the company, as part of Avantor’s digital transformation, Phil spearheads initiatives to integrate generative AI, aimed at enhancing productivity, fostering creativity and saving time for associates, customers, suppliers and partners. Prior to joining Avantor, Phil held various roles at Siemens and NATO, where he was responsible for large program management and deployment of complex and large-scale enterprise systems.

Phil earned a bachelor's in applied computer science from HOGent in Belgium.

Natalia Vitale

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Natalia Vitale serves as Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Avantor, responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of a robust global talent attraction strategy. Before Avantor, Natalia served as an International Recruiting Leader for Aramco Americas. Prior to Aramco, she served in a variety of recruiting leadership roles at Halliburton, Sysco Corporation and Kelly Services.

Natalia actively serves as a career mentor and coach to employees within and outside of Avantor, on the Customer Advisory Board for TalentNeuron and on the Disability Task Force within Avantor. She volunteers with community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Houston Food Bank.

Natalia earned a bachelor's of business administration in finance and marketing from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
